On 8 February , the kick-off meeting of the ARTEMISNET – Starlight Bridges programme was held in Karpenisi , marking the official start of its implementation. The event took place in the presence of the Municipality of Karpenisi , representatives of local authorities, members of the ARTEMIS Association and Observatory , as well as friends and supporters of the initiative.
